Description:
Burti is an universal Latvian keyboard and EGA/VGA screen driver for DOS.
It supports ten different codepages at the same time, all ways of keyboard
input and all text modes with 8x8, 12x8, 14x8 and 16x8 character set.
The innovation is the creation of the Latvian characters on the fly - by adding
diacritical signs to Latin characters instead of keeping the font bitmaps
in operational memory.
